Florida man arrested for allegedly stealing over $200,000 in crypto using Steam game malware

A Florida man is suspected of stealing crypto worth at least $220,000 by exploiting malware in Steam games. Authorities say he and co-conspirators infected around 8,000 devices with the malware between May 2024 and February 2026.
